VibraLife is a new 58,700 SF rehabilitation and personal care facility in rural Pennsylvania. The beautiful single story wood-framed building with a sloped roof is set on 8.6 acres. It is comprised of both a skilled nursing rehabilitation center (48 beds) and senior living center, which includes both a personal care unit (36 beds) and a memory care unit (10-beds).
Quality of stay is enhanced by additional support areas that include central commons and dining areas, separate private dining and living areas, a rehabilitation suite, library and salon.
The 6,000 SF Memory Care component shares some of the central services in the building, but primarily operates independently. Its floor plan includes dedicated dayroom, dining, activity, and outdoor space. Traffic is configured in loop to aid residents who have memory challenges, while providing them with a feeling of traveling some longer distance.
The VibraLife building conveys a modern hospitality, and incorporates nature and daylight through courtyard areas. It was designed and engineered by CenterPoint to stand apart from local competition, featuring the latest amenities, technologies and equipment at the leading standard of care. Programs include orthopedic care, pre- and post-surgical care, cardiac and stroke rehabilitation, management of diabetes, pulmonary impairment care, wound care and IV therapy.
